Fantastic Skin!

Hi all and nice to see u back, today is going to be about skin care, which both women and MEN can benefit from.

First off regularly exfoliate and yes, u can do this no matter what ur skin type. Sloughing off dead skin leaves a fresh new, soft skin glow. It lets ur face breathe, so dont put makeup on right away.

I like to wash my face in the morning with a gentle cleanser (I have combination skin, oily T-zone). Also, washing ur hair regularly will keep oils from transferring to ur face.

I use a small round face scrubby (so technical in names for things, lol) to gently exfoliate. U can use face scrubs, oatmeal washes, anything really that works for u, which, yes, u will have to trial and error what works best for ur skin type. And, remember as u age and ur skin changes, u will probably have to trial and error quite a bit. :)

I cant stress enough about moisturizing ur skin, not just ur face, but dry areas also. After I was my face, I do a face massage using a very very tiny amount of coconut oil, this will probably not work for those with acne though, again its all trial and error to find what works best on ur flesh for ur skin type. And with summer coming up, the sun can dry out ur skin as can any pool action u might get in, so stay clean and moisturize that face and body.

After my face massage, I do a full self body massage (can be found on my blog so take a look, my bestie Whimsy has videos there on what we do). :) U dont need anything heavy, so go for the light creams!

U know u should be wearing sunscreen all year round, and if u dont know that...well u do now (shame on u, lol) :P

Always, always apply sunscreen to ur face. Wash, exfoliate, moisturize n put on sunscreen. Apply to neck also. Dont use tanning oils, to thick, clog pores = acne, blackheads, whiteheads, and can even cause deep infections. Use a light cream, made for faces if possible, with an SPF of 50 or more for good protection. U should be reapplying ur sunscreen ever two hours...sounds like a lot, but trust me its worth not having skin cancer later!

Before u go out, use a body sunscreen (not oil) for ur body also, this protects the skin from burning in the hot summer sun, be sure to find all places that are exposed (safest bet is cover ur body BEFORE getting dressed). Neck, shoulder, ears, tops of feet, ur scalp. Use a lip balm with sunscreen in it also to protect that beautiful kisser! Look urself over before u head out the door. :)

I know its hard to cover all places, who can reach everywhere really? Lol. Ask ur bestie for help if need be, or ur significant other, ur kids would love to lather ur back with lotion, go for it I say! :)

Best bet before u walk out that door is grab a nice big brimmed hat, especially if u will be in the sun a lot. Yeah, some think, "Omg, a big hat? No way!" I say...why not? U look like a glamorous diva all the more. And for men, covering with a ball cap or wide rimmed hat of a sort would do good for that scalp burn! :)

Well thats it for now my smexy peeps, ty for reading and enjoy that summer sun without the damage to ur ultimate beautiful flesh! Muah!!
