Diva Sophia

Today Sweetums got diva'ed up. She decided since the sun was out and hurt her eyes, she would pop on a pair of mommys sunglasses. Though it wasn't a windy day, she put on one of mommy's favorite scarves for windy days, to hold her super diva hair in place. :) Her clothes where a tan with brown flowers, and her shirt, in gold print, made me smile...it said "You Make Me Happy", and that she does. Her cute face makes me smile and think of what I can do with her for the day...go for a stroll, play at the park, play drss up, read a book, help with cooking, etc. :) She truely makes me happy and is good medicine for my soul. Why would anyone put that down or make fun of it? It ticks me off to hear and see people put down those that collect and RP with their Reborns. Reborns are not a substitute for things, they are a comfort, a tool used to help bring joy to the collector and the artist. These dolls are a peice of art and a part of collections. They have helped many people in many walks of life and illness and pain, hurt and even joyous times. I love dressing Sophia up in little girl clothes...my two daughters are adults now, so they dont appreciate me dressing them up anymore, lol. :) Same for my sons...though dresses look cute on them also, lol. :) Sophia helps me express the need I have to have babies (because I can't any more) and calms that need in me. I love babies and there fore would have had many, but cannot for after my 5th child I physically could not have any more so had a tubal ligation. I hated to do that. I wanted a hundred babies. But...my body was wore out and I knew I could seriously do damage to myself if I continued to have children. So Sophia helps me deal with the fact I cannot have babies anymore. Ik I'm rambling on. :) That's what I do. I talk as if talking to family and friends, which is how I want this blog to be...friends chatting about their likes, their lives, anything at all. I want us to be able to care and share! We should feel free to do so in a group that accepts us, crys with us, cares for us and loves us, js. :)
